Partner Console

Vets, councils and rescues: one engine, role-led homes.

Organisations get the Operations Console at /console, scoped to their own boundary, team and data. One engine - but each kind of organisation lands on a home built for its job:

  • Vet practices - scan-first: "Scan a chip now" leads, because strays arrive at the counter. Resolve the incident, check the registry.
  • Councils - money-first: estimated kennel-cost savings this month, reports needing a warden, one-tap warden assignment, ROI reporting against the council's own cost baselines.
  • RSPCA and rescues - intake-first: animals in active incidents, the intake board, reunification counts.

Common to all: live boundary map, incident queue with status flow (spotted, secured, scanned, resolved), chip-scan workflow, registry, team invitations with admin/member roles, case chat, and reports. Staff join via email invitations; people who belong to several organisations switch with one click.

Onboarding: apply on the website, draw your service boundary on the map, verify email, and a Platform Admin approves.
