Platform Admin

A small allow-listed group (the founders) operates the platform at /admin:

• Approve or reject Partner Console applications.
• The all-pets matrix: every registered pet and its location.
• Every Bluetooth tag with its pairing and last mesh ping.
• Beta problem reports, each with device info and the app's own log attached.
• Planning boards (kanban, mind map) and platform health status.

Admins are also members of every demo organisation, so one login can demonstrate every profile in the product.
